puzzles
have been very happy with this purchase. didn't notice any difference betweeen this and the company version, except that it's much cheaper. we are a small buisness, and print 30 sheets a day regularly, and sometimes we print over a hundred for special projects

Seems to work well. Only thing I don't like about it is the gradations can be a little sketchy, if you want to print a b&w photo print that is(when compared to the Canon cartridge). For the price I totally recommend it.

I've been using this cartridge for several months, and there is no difference between this and the Canon - other than costing half as much.
I read other reviews and have not had the problems they mention. Specifically...the cartridge was well-packed and not missing any of it's components, it installed effortlessly, the print quality was as dark as I expected, and it's lasting as long as the Canon.
For half the price, I'm willing to take a chance and buy another. I'm not anticipating problems, as the last one I bought was great.

The new toner cartridge came without a critical retaining pin attached. I had to take apart my old toner cartridge to dig out my old retaining pin. When installed the printer still shows "Out of Toner" warning light. This product does not appear to be the same quality as the original toner cartridge.
