I have always used Canon printers and I love them, but it is such a pain trying to figure out which cartridges are compatible. The cartridges for my new MP620 look identical to the ones for my old i860, but I have spent a frustrating hour on the Canon website and on the web without finding any information on whether it is safe to interchange them. If anyone from Canon reads this, PLEASE get your act together -- there is NO EXCUSE for ink being this complicated. If you made your printer cartridges more universal, it wouldn't be nearly as difficult to find them in local office stores either.
