I've only used the large black ink cartridge but it's holding up really well. The quality is equal to that of canon ink. I'm not sure if it's because i've been printing more, but the ink does seem to run out more. I usually print black and white btw, so it's likely that i've been printing using it too much. But then again, as its being used so often and has periods of non-use, the fact it's not drying out just means its that great.
I'm definitely buying this product again.
 Could use some better packaging during shipment, otherwise, recommend July 15, 2010

I was hesitant to buy ink with no fancy label out of fear that they'd be unreliable and messy. I took a chance on these and it's worked out quite well. I don't think I go through any more ink than first-party Canon cartridges, but I'm not a prolific printer so it's difficult for me to judge. My only complaint is the packaging of the ink. They came in a padded manilla envelope, which quite frankly, isn't well suited for shipping ink. Luckily, only one cartridged has broken open inside it's sealed pouch. I will buy these again in the future, but would like more cautious shipping methods.

I typically go with the original name brand, but decided to try the lower priced brand to save on cost. Well, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality. I will definitely order this brand again. Why spend so much money on the name brand when you can get good quality on a much lower cost brand.

I have only used 2 of the ink cartridges so far. They seem to work fine along side the OEM cartridges and I see no difference in print quality. I must note that I have not done any photo printing, I have only used it for business use (documents, simple graphics, pie charts, etc.) and see no difference compared to older prints. I had no problems with installation, my Canon MP620 immediately recognized the full cartridges.
One of the cartridges was leaking when it arrived, fortunately they are very securely wrapped in plastic so the ink did not spread anywhere (I had 1 bag full of loose ink).
I emailed Great Toners on Friday Morning about the leaking cartridge, within 3 hours they responded saying a replacement was en route, with a tracking number. Monday it was delivered, triple wrapped in 3 layers of padded envelopes to ensure delivery. I couldn't believe how fast it arrived, I never even checked the tracking number. I was so happy with the service that it prompted my first Amazon review. They have earned a repeat customer! Based on my only purchase so far, I highly recommend them.

My review is based on the wonderful customer service as my product arrived 1-week ahead of schedule. I bought additional Canon ink cartridges from Inkers. Have not used them yet, so can't comment on their performance. On the other hand, when a company responds like this and also follows up to make sure that you're happy with delivery and performance, that warrants 5-stars in my book.
