These are as good as the manufacturers' product sold at full price. AND they cost just a fraction of those. Also, I ordered and received them in a very short time span. Will buy again when needed.

Color Toner for the Samsung is expensive. Very expensive. So expensive you may almost consider buying a new printer. I took a chance on these toner cartridges in the hope that they would allow me to keep my Samsung. No such luck.
1. They don't work well. From the moment you start inserting them, you can tell they're a little bigger and not quite a perfect fit. This was the first sign of trouble.
2. They streaked. The cyan simply streaked in a way previous (Samsung) cartridges had not. I tried and tried to fix it with no luck. May be an issue that comes as a result of the poor fit.
3. The printer does not always respond to them. Sometimes it printed; sometimes it said it was out of ink even though it obviously wasn't.
4. Customer support is a fake. I got an e-mail from Sophia to follow up. They said I could reach them at [email address removed]. Yes, they actually removed their own contact information in the e-mail. What a joke.
Bottom line: It seemed too good to be true. And it was.

It is too early to know if the ink cartridges will last as long as the Samsung ones, however they have been fine thus far.

I have not tried the color toners, but my Samsung printer worked right after replacing the black toner. You pay more for a single toner at other places; you are getting 4 or 5 for much less!
