Someone decided that a suite # was a whole address, so obviously I never got the item. Hummmm! I wonder why they got it back? I requested a refund, and they withheld the $7.00 postage. Who benefited from this transaction. I didn't get the product, and they got their cost back for a shipping error that they made.
