The seller represents these as Epson CX3800 compatible cartridges.
However, they are two-part cartridges that require assembly before use.
They come with u-shaped plastic adapters that the cartridge must be mounted into before it can be inserted into the cartridge carrier of the printer. These are not CX3800 compatible cartridges. DO NOT BUY THESE!

We bought this for our Epson 4800 series printer to save money. The product is easy to install and works very well, but it not exactly the same as the more expensive Epson product. This is a good solution for those wanting to save money.
