My Dell M4640 Ink Cartridge did not work. The printer says the toner is low and it feels empty when I shake it. I have repeatedly tried to contact Eforcity to refund this but they have not return any of my e-mails. I feel that this company robbed me of my money.

The remanufactured cartridge work well. My only issueis that when the product arrived it had marked on the box several times that my printer will not recognize it as full, but it is. This information was not made know beofer pruchase. So how will I know when it truely is empty? By the way the copies and print outs look. That works too! Bottom line, good deal.
