I'm glad I found this product because I was waaayyyy sick of having to buy just from Dell for my Dell printer. This is a re-manufactured ink cartridge. It works pretty well. The quality is a little lower than the original Dell cartridge but it is still worth it for the price and I didn't have to wait so long to get the product.

I ordered this remanufactured ink cartridge a few weeks ago. Shipping was pretty fast; I received the item in just under two weeks. The item was boxed and placed in a bubble wrap envelope. Upon unwrapping the item, I discovered that some of the ink was coming out of the print cartridge. I don't know if it was because of how the item was shipped, or if it is just because it is a remanufactured item. Either way, I installed the new cartridge into my printer.
Since I was concerned about the leaking ink, I made sure to print a test page and to clean my print headers. Everything worked great! The black wasn't too light, or so dark that it looks wet. My only concern is that my computer's print center reads the cartridge as only 80% full, instead of 100% like it should read with brand new cartridges. Regardless, it beats paying $20 more for one directly from Dell. I will definitely purchase this item the next time I need a refill.
