The price was competitively low, the delivery straight into my mailbox, so I didn't need to be home to sign for the package, the delivery time was efficient, and the ink works very nicely as a replacement cartridge in my printer. No issues at all. I would buy from this seller again.

I didn't want to throw away my old printer, but I could not spend the enormous amount of money for the ink anymore. Dell (and HP) claims on their website that refurbished ink will only streak and leak. Well, I have not encountered any problems.

I received ink cartridges within a few days and put one cartridge in that seems to be working great. I just hope it keeps working because the last time I bought a cartridge online it was only half full. Why are these cartridges black so we can not see inside them?
