Works but is slightly annoying... July 12, 2010

We bought this because it was half the price of buying the Konica Minolta brand for our printer. It does work, however occasionally, I have to "approve" the printing before the printer will work. When we first put in this new toner cartridge, a window popped up saying we could void our warranty buy using an off-brand. Our printer is several years old and the warranty has long since expired, so I didn't care, but it is annoying to have to check and see if I have to approve the printing before it will work.
