The Okidata company custumer service helped me to diagnose the reason why the printer did not work anymore (error message: "fatal error"). The fuser unit from the company would have cost twice as much. After finding the same unit on Amazon.com I ordered and had a prompt delivery. Installing was easy and the printer is working properly again.

Be careful...43363201 is a fuser...43363401 is the proper part number for a transfer belt.
I have ordered a fuser twice and received a transfer belt instead.
